What's This About?

Basic mod description goes here!

"I mean, cool story and all, but how do I download this thing?"

Firstly, and foremost, the download to this gameplay mod can be found on my website:[MOD NOT DONE YET]
Expect it here, though alternative links will be provided if my website ever has to go down for some reason! 

The Weapons!

Pretty much the main part of this mod. ^{(This section of the page can also be found in the mod's INFORMATION lump, use SLADE3 to view it!)}
Designed not to stray too far from the vanilla set of weapons, whilst also ensuring they all have their own use, they are as follows:

Mr. Fist and the Skillsaws

The former is your fallback weapon, and the other is the replacement for the Chainsaw.

• FISTS:
  You punch a fair bit faster, doing 4 - 40 damage in multiples of four.
  With a Berserk, you do 40 - 400 damage!
• CHAINSAW:
  An extra blade now deals twice the slicing power, dealing 10 - 40 damage in multiples of 10.
  Doubles in damage when you pick up a berserk, so now it's not useless when you've got one, yay!

An Actual Starter Weapon

Replaces the Pistol, 'cause the Pistol is complete, useless garbage. In other words, you start with this weapon, alongside 75 Bullets.
Functions just like the Vanilla Chaingun, except it's pinpoint accurate, fires slightly faster, and fires one bullet at a time.

The Shotguns

Yep, there's three, count 'em, baby, three shotguns!
As to not waste time, they are as follows:

• THE JACKHAMMER:
  A replacement for the normal Shotgun, it may be the weakest of the three, but in terms of DPS, this fully automatic babe's top-notch!
  Also has the added benefit of making Doom 1 maps significantly less of a slog, toO!
• THE DOUBLE-BARREL:
  Upgraded from the normal Super Shotgun, It combines the best of both the regular Shotgun and the Super Shotgun, allowing you to dispatch evil with extraordinary ease!
• THE ULTRA-SHOTGUN:
  You thought that two barrels were the most a shotgun could get? Oh, buddy, you couldn't be any more wrong. This weapon may be extremely hard to find, but once you do, you'll never want to ditch four barrels of pure killin' power ever again!

More Dakka: The Gun

Similar to the nature of the Heavy's Minigun, the Chaingun takes a fair bit to start up. It IS a pretty danged big gun, after all.
After that, a steady stream of bullets washes over your foes, shredding them just like your ammo supply.

Good thing your bullet cap was raised. 

Rockets 'n Grenades

Explosive ordinance is cool, but do you know what's even cooler? Double the explosive ordinance.

• ROCKET LAUNCHER:
  Fires somewhat faster, alt-fire yeets a 5 smaller rockets in a cone, because A. a Quake expansion did something similar, and B. Alt-Fires are fun to code.
  Already pretty good otherwise, so I left it mostly as-is.
• GRENADE LAUNCHER:
  A Doom version of Quake's Grenade Launcher, more-or-less.
  Alt-fire lets you barf out a big 'ol cluster of these, because sometimes that corner NEEDS to be double-dead.
  
  Also because alt-fires are fun.

The FIREBLU Rifle

It destroys bitrate!
It turns eyes sore!
It's considered a meme in the Doom community!
And it's ready for you to wield.

Gone is the obscene firing rate of the original rifle, but it's new elemental properties will more than make up the slack left behind.
This weapon was made for healing with the heavies, rather than the more lightweight fodder, so don't waste cells on the latter.

Alt-fire dispels the FIREBLU cell directly, torching enemies with the memetic flame.

The B I G Weapons

• THE S.(TUPID) A.(ND) I.(MPRACTICAL) GUN:
  The demons will wish they were in a war crime when they see the bullets fly.
  Hopefully you've got a good bullet reserve, cause there won't be by the time you're done.
• THE OMEGA SHOTGUN:
  Did you know that the UAC experimented with buckshot compression, sometime before the first invasion?
  Your enemies will NOT want to find out the result of that. Reloads pretty slowly, though.
• THE BOOMSTICK:
  There are many like it in the world, but this one won't hesitate to obliterate you just as well as your enemies.
  Fire this thing wisely, find cover... or run.

The BFG-9001

The BFG, which worry not, is still very much the real deal in this mod, got a massive, MASSIVE upgrade.
Good luck being able to actually find one, and good luck trying to figure out what the alt-fire does.
